At FlairByPernia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can initiate a return by following the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process:
Customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse at the address provided in the return confirmation email.
Please include a printed sheet inside the parcel with the following details:
Full Name
Order ID
Contact Number
Bank Account Details for Refund (Account Title, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch Code)
Inspection and Refunds:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be credited to your provided bank account within 5–7 working days.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom dresses or any articles that have been altered or customized as per the customer's request are non-refundable.
